Refund & Returns Policy

Sweet day Designs is committed to making your shopping experience the very best possible.  However, we know that there may be times when you are not fully satisfied.  If you have received an item in error, or if there is a problem with the order due to fault of ours, you must contact us prior to sending it back so we can make arrangements to either refund you the purchase price or replace wrong items, minus shipping.

Diaper Cakes must be returned in unopened original packaging due to health and sanitation requirements.  Individual items must maintain original tags.  No returns can be accepted after  30 days past the date the order has  shipped.

Because our custom gifts are uniquely crafted and packaged for you based on your specific needs and requirements,  we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items.   Customers wishing to report a damaged or incorrect order, however,  can do so by emailing us at Customer Service.

Before attempting a return, we must be contacted in advance to discuss the proper procedure for the return.  Please email us at Customer Service to arrange for a return.

Please note that chargebacks will not be processed until merchandise is returned.
